This policy explains what information Base One collects when you use baseone.pk, why we collect it and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, phone / WhatsApp number and email address.
- Payment proof: the payment screenshot you send us on WhatsApp. We do not see or store your bank login or card details.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Custom order files: logos, artwork, names and numbers you send for custom kits.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order.
- To confirm payment and contact you about your order.
- To make your custom or bulk order and share mockups.
- To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To send promotions and loyalty discounts, only if you opt in.
- To keep the website safe and working well.
WhatsApp promotions and loyalty discounts
- Promotional messages are optional. You choose to join at checkout, on our join form or in My Account → Offers.
- Members can receive offers and loyalty discount codes for repeat orders.
- You can opt out any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or from My Account → Offers.
- Even if you opt out, we will still message you about your orders.
Cookies
- Our site uses cookies to keep items in your cart, run checkout and keep you signed in.
- We use LiteSpeed caching to make pages load faster.
- You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share what is needed with:
- Courier companies, to deliver your order.
- Our payment provider, where card payment is offered.
- Hostinger, who hosts our website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you on WhatsApp.
- Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it.
International customers
Base One is based in Pakistan. If you order from abroad, your information is processed in Pakistan and by the service providers listed above, which may store data in other countries.
How long we keep it
- Order records are kept for up to 5 years for accounts and tax purposes.
- Custom order files are kept for up to 2 years so you can easily reorder.
- Promotion opt-in details are kept until you opt out.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and only people who need your information to handle your order can see it. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Online card payments are processed by our payment partner over an encrypted connection. Base One never sees or stores your full card details.
Your choices
- Ask to see the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounts reasons.
- Opt out of promotions at any time.
To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or email us.
Children
Our website is not meant for children under 18 to use on their own. Orders for kids’ sizes should be placed by a parent, guardian, school or club.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
