Base One ships from Islamabad to customers across Pakistan and around the world.
Delivery charges in Pakistan
- ₨250 per item.
- Free delivery on orders above ₨5,000.
- The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
- Orders are dispatched only after your payment has reached our account. A screenshot alone does not count as payment.
- Retail orders: dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery in Pakistan: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
- Custom and bulk orders: the production and delivery timeline is confirmed with your mockup. Delivery charges for these orders are confirmed with your quote.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or email.
International orders
- We make in Pakistan and ship worldwide.
- International shipping is quoted on request. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 311 6461111 or email care@baseone.pk with your address and items.
- Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- International orders are usually delivered in about 7–14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. We will give you a firmer estimate with your quote.
- If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the shipping cost is not refundable.
- We do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions, or where our items are restricted by local law.
Address and delivery problems
- Please make sure your address and WhatsApp number are correct. Contact us quickly if you need to change them. We can only change them before dispatch.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or no one was available, re-delivery charges are paid by the customer.
- If your parcel is late, message us and we will follow up with the courier.
Damaged or wrong items
- Please check your parcel when it arrives.
- If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and the packaging.
