These terms apply when you use baseone.pk or place an order with Base One. By ordering, you agree to them.
Who we are
Base One makes sportswear, streetwear and activewear in Pakistan. We sell retail online and take bulk and custom-made orders for customers in Pakistan and abroad. Our address is I-10/3 Industrial Area, Islamabad, Pakistan (registered office: P 82-F-1, I&T, G-9/4, Islamabad).
Orders
- Your order is confirmed only when the payment has reached our account. A payment screenshot helps us match your payment, but it does not count as confirmation on its own.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price is shown wrongly, or we cannot verify payment. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 3 days.
- Please check your name, address and WhatsApp number carefully. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and may change without notice. The price at the time you order is the price you pay.
- You can pay by bank transfer to our Faysal Bank account (account title BASE ONE) or by EasyPaisa. Please send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to +92 311 6461111.
- Orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
- Where card payment is offered, it is processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Products and sizes
- Retail items are available in sizes S to 2XL.
- Product colours and fit may look slightly different from the photos because of screen settings, lighting and camera lenses. This is not treated as a fault.
Custom and bulk orders
- Bulk and custom orders are available in all sizes from 4 years to 8XL.
- The minimum for custom orders is 5 pieces per colour per size.
- We share a mockup before production. Production starts only after you approve it, so please check names, numbers, spelling, logos, colours and sizes carefully.
- A 70% advance payment is needed, and the remaining 30% is due before delivery.
- Urgent orders and orders under ₨100,000 are paid 100% in advance.
- Production starts once the payment has reached our bank account.
- The production and delivery timeline is confirmed with your mockup.
- Small differences in colour shade and print position compared to the screen mockup are normal.
- You must own, or have permission to use, any logo, name or artwork you send us. We may refuse designs that are offensive or copy someone else’s brand.
Discount codes and loyalty offers
- Discount and loyalty codes are single-use, have an expiry date and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Codes have no cash value and may be linked to your account or phone number.
- We may change or end any offer at any time. Codes already issued stay valid until they expire.

Our content
All text, photos, logos and designs on baseone.pk belong to Base One. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.
- Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

If you have a complaint about an order, a payment, a delivery or our service, please contact us:

Please include your order number, if you have one, and photos where they help.
- We will reply to confirm we have received your complaint within 24 hours (on working days).
- We aim to resolve it within 7 working days.
- If you are not happy with the outcome, reply on the same WhatsApp chat or email thread and ask for it to be escalated. The owner of Base One will review it personally.
If we still cannot agree, the Governing law section below applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
